About Darcy
I help early- and mid-career professionals communicate with confidence - starting with job interviews and extending into every high-stakes moment that follows.
Whether you're preparing for a competitive interview, giving a high-pressure presentation, or trying to make your voice heard in a team setting, I can help you show up with clarity, presence, and purpose.
My coaching is both strategic and supportive. I meet clients where they are and help them uncover their personal “origin stories” - the narratives that reveal not just what they’ve done, but who they are and why they stand out.
With over a decade of experience teaching persuasive communication at The Wharton School, and more than 10 years in marketing roles at companies like Campbell’s and Pfizer, I bring both real-world insight and academic depth to my coaching. Clients describe my approach as compassionate, collaborative, and empowering.
I know that public speaking and self-advocacy can feel intimidating - especially early in your career or when you're stepping into a bigger role. But with the right guidance, anyone can grow into a more confident, persuasive communicator.
I also collaborate with parents, college counselors, and educational consultants to help young adults prepare for job, college, or grad school interviews.
