Welcome to Darcy Watson LLC Communication Coaching. By using this website, booking a session, or engaging in coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Coaching Services

Darcy Watson provides one-on-one coaching sessions focused on interview preparation, workplace communication, school admission interviews and related high-stakes professional scenarios. Coaching is designed to support professional development and does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, promotions, or admissions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking.

  • You can schedule sessions using the booking link provided on this website.

  • Payment confirms your session time and is required before any coaching services are delivered.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of that session. No refunds will be issued.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session without notice, the session may be canceled and counted as a missed appointment.

4. No Guarantees

While coaching is designed to improve communication skills, performance, and confidence, results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort, application of strategies, and external factors beyond the coach’s control.

5. Not a Substitute for Therapy or Legal Advice

Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, legal, or medical advice. If these services are needed, clients are encouraged to seek support from licensed professionals.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including session materials, exercises, downloads, and written frameworks—is the intellectual property of Darcy Watson and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
